Shipping Policy
Freight will be FOB Roanoke, VA.
UPS shipping charges will be added.
Return Procedures
A Request for product return must be made by mail, fax or e-mail to obtain authorization and a Return Goods Number (RGN). Request is to indicate quantity, Safety Step product number, reason for return, invoice number and description. Do not ship return until proper authorization and an RGN have been obtained. The following criteria must be met to obtain authorization and an RGN.
- Must be a Firefly Lighting Innovations product
- Return must be shipped prepaid.
- Must be in unused, saleable condition.
- Items must have product ID number intact.
Return Authorizations
Our Return Authorization will only allow the return of products requiring warranty determination, or products in saleable condition. Show our RGN number on packing slips and on all shipping containers. Warranties, and Product returns should be kept separate in the shipment and on the packing slips. Credit will be given only for parts approved and listed on the Return Authorization. Upon inspection, you will be advised of any items that could not be credited according to our warranty and return policies. You must advise Firefly Lighting Innovations within 30 days if you wish ineligible items to be returned to you freight collect. Items left over 30 days will be disposed of at our discretion.
Items Ordered in Error
Items ordered in error may be returned if a Return Authorization and an RGN number is obtained within 72 hours of the receipt of the goods. Credit will be issued at the original price purchased less a 15% restocking fee. Return freight must be prepaid.
