Firefly Lighting Innovations Lifetime Limited Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Firefly Lighting Innovations (the “Company”) warrants the Firefly Light Tray (the “Product”) shall be free of defects in material or workmanship for the life of the Product. If the Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, it will be exchanged or repaired at the option of the Company.

This warranty covers the light panel, light body, and back plate only.

Not Covered:

Warranty service does not include repair or exchange when the problem results from accident, disaster, lightning strike, power surge, abuse, misapplication, improper storage, or modification (including tampering or remanufacturing in any way).

Warranty Claims:

If you have a warranty claim, please contact the Company regarding repair or replacement. Please provide the serial number found on your Product, the original date of purchase, and a specific description of the defect.
